There were two actual 100 share transactions and a grand total of 200 shares...

1. The Market Maker buying 100 shares and paying the seller.

2. The Market Maker suppling the 100 shares to the other buyer and getting paid by the buyer.

There is no 100 share phantom trade as you suggest.
