Looks like with the release to noteholders on 22nd, they (noteholders) will try to get the SP as low as they can (<0.02) in an attempt to get cheaper shares (40% discount to lowest closing) and then reap on the gains after financing or at least > 100% profit...

They will definetely short sell today and tomorrow.
