If you do some research, Plasticap got bought over by A.C. Simmonds & Sons last year. If you look at their website (plasticap), they basically just manyfacture screw caps, but recently they built a "clean-room", so that they can expand to pharma and biomedical based manufacturing.

john Simmonds, was the co-founder of Clublink (private membership based (non-equity) high end golf courses accross Canada). He is also in real estate development and is actively buying up lots of buisness. He apparently, likes to buy struggling buisness, turns them around and then sells them.

I am not sure if he is behind the investment to come, or selling Plasticap to the Arab investment group. maybe SuperCardio may know more.
