The proof is in the numbers. There are approximately 65 million shares currently in the floating supply. Of the 65 million between 55-58 million shares are held by or in control of laege holders. This can be confirmed by reviewing a NOBO list which CardioGenics has access to or by speaking to the large holders which I have done. These shareholders have not and have no attention of selling their shares at pennies..As a result there are only 7-10 million shares in the float that can be traded. It is logical to assume that many of these shareholders are well "under water" and are just waiting for good news. IMO that leaves less then 3 million shares that could have been sold since August 3rd. Yet CDEL sold over 16.5 million shares while they only had 2.3 miilion from a convertible note holder. So to repeat the question raised by Gameson: How did Citadel sell 14.2 million shares if they were not shorting the stock.
