Accordingto the OTC Market website; http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CGNH/short-sales

Oct 15 there was 126 K short

Oct 30 there are no shorts. Looks like it was covered in last week of october.

Ofcourse there are those that believe in multimillion naked shorts ! From this weeks trading , it does not seem that the recent news encouraged them to cover.
