The website you posted, does not report the cumulative short position of the stock. Only what it considers short on daily basis, and since the brokers have about 3 trading days to cover the shares, it is not a true reflection of short position.

The officail OTC Market website I posted, shows the bimonthly cumulative short position and as of oct 30th, it was a fat Zero.

I am not a believer in naked shorts, so I am not convinced by Supercardio's previous post as well.
