Explain why anyone would want to short this stock after the Plasticap/ Simmonds announcement with financing and resumption of testing to surely come ?

Even with notes due, your 18 million shorts theory does not add up.

According to the Nov 13 report on the Official OTC Market website, there is only 15 K shorts.

I do not believe in the Naked short theory, so let's just drop it.

I am only interested in the imminent announcement of financing and resumption of testing. That is the only catalyst to higher SP. What is the delay ?? Do you have any info from Dr.G where he is at ?
