Your post regarding the "new" member not having violated any rules defies logic. He has been banned 33 times. His last post illustrates once again that he lives in the past and has no knowledge about what is going on in the present...If you wait until he violates the rules again, before banning him for the 34th time, you are stating that a member, after being banned, can come back and post again as long as he is careful about what he posts. This individual, now posting as the "educatedinvestor", probably has the all time record for violating Agoracom's rules.
