If I had to guess, I would say JP Morgan and one other house, that shall remain nameless, are attempting to cap the price at 7 cents. Hoping shareholders will get discouraged and sell at 6.5 cents.

Tomorrow is another day and I don't expect to see the SP below a dime for very much longer. CPN got as high as 8 cents today before being mauled by JP Morgan and Anonymous.
