Message: Carpathian Gold Inc. to Voluntarily Delist from the TSX

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 4, 2015) - Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSX:CPN) (the "Corporation" or "Carpathian") advises that it has applied for voluntary delisting of its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), and it has concurrently applied to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"). Listing on the CSE is subject to acceptance by the CSE.

As previously announced by the TSX, the Corporation is subject to a TSX delisting review. The Corporation has reviewed its options and believes that a delisting of its shares from the TSX and migrating to the CSE is in the best interest of its shareholders. We believe that the CSE is currently best suited to meet the needs of the Corporation. The change will continue to offer shareholders and investors an opportunity to buy and sell shares of the Corporation and will provide greater operational efficiency and lower costs for the Corporation.

The Corporation expects that the delisting of its shares from the TSX and the transition to the CSE to happen simultaneously. The Corporation will issue a further press release once the date has been determined.
