As far as presenting an agenda to the AGM I'd be more than happy to participate provided that it wouldn't be too much of a time demanding endeavor.   (I'm sitting on 740,000 shares, hence I guess you would "only"  need to cumulatively come up with the remaining 4,260,000 shares.)

 Court was cordial enough to respond to my e-mail message that I forwarded from this message board.  (For others see one of my earlier posts from a couple of days ago.)

 Court basically reaffirmed that there was not an inside conspiracy to keep the share price low.   And then he essentially mentioned the company's goals/objectives  (i.e. info we already know)       ......which is fine.   He concluded with this final thought:

"I understand that you are frustrated at the price of the stock. We all want the stock price to go up. We will continue to increase the core value of the company by producing gold and earning profits.
