i don't think there is any doubt we just have to be patient .... I do endorse the idea that an incentive program to keep key employees ... ie. the engineers and geolgy experts is vital .... if this was peforming better than its peer group ...i think the warrants would be fairly priced ... but underperforming the peers from a market perspective means management should also realize the benefits of the options at the same time the owners do.

 I'll buy more in a pp at this price with some options at .85 gladly.
