That is the underlying question.   I mean, when you think about it, who in their right mind would be selling CSG at 56 cents when gold sits at 923 dollars and is bound to march up to 1000 dollars within a year or two????   It is absolutely insane.  I can't help but to think that there is something blatant going on, like a person or persons selling shares from one account into another account in order to frustrate the market.   Either that or  there are some desperate people out there allowing their frustrations to get to the best of them.  But I suspect the former as the reason. 

CSG should be able to bring in tons of money at these gold prices.    The whole thing strikes me as bizarre.   Either way they aren't fooling me.   They can play their games and they can try to suck in as many cheap shares as possible.   But they won't be getting any of mine.
