Just read the messages over at Stockhouse (I do check the posts over there daily even if I do only post here) .......am glad that so many found the information I posted useful. (Also appreciate the kind acknowledgements!) I prefer to post here only because this site works really good for me here with the quotes, etc. ...and of course we don't have the bashers here! :-)
But yeah .............very frustrating for everyone. Mike admitted that he was "getting killed" with angry investors. My take on it is that the company just needs to get their act together. They appear to have the tools, assets, and experience (particularly in regards to Millar) but none of those can do any good if the passion or competency to execute is there. I just wonder at times if Babcock has pissed a lot of people off or something to explain a fair number of people leaving. Is he a pain in the ass to work with or what?!! In the very least this company needs a good financial operations officer. Losing Farrant is showing its effects in my opinion. Like the rest of us I wish I knew a lot more.
One more thing to note. Castlegold is working on getting a processing facility up and running that would negate the need to send filters (w/gold incorporated in them) to the states. It should be "up and running" in a few months or so. That alone will reduce a lot of strain and headache in the overall gold production process.
I agree with others' comments that we shouldn't expect anything too lofty with earnings until production gets further ramped up. (Just my opinion.)
Good luck to all. (I can sure use some. This has just been ridiculously painful.)
