I too will be voting NO, NO, NO for those worthless assho1es of Millar, Harris, and Adams. With 966,000 shares I am truly hoping that my vote will at least carry some weight. Where is my proxy statement and when can I expect to receive it? I'm going to calll up Rick to make sure that I get it. I would love to have it right now. Millar, I presume, is just looking out for himself and doesn't give a rat's ass about the shareholders. That much is obvious. I agree .......by keeping the shareprice down he benefits by getting to prolong the 12% interest paid to him.
