Thanks for the rescue, Jeffya2, and more thanks for the good information. Some people do not comprehend the combined effor it takes to develop a winning Corporation. Everyone does not have to be a superstar. They just have to have the right chemistry. CSG, now seems to have just that. No changes seem necessary to me at this time.
