You are quite correct I am an investor not an insider, I have no desire to manage the company, I do expect value from my investment and I expect management to perform their fiduciary duties in good faith. There are not many execs who are going to criticize the chair who also controls the largest number of shares.

You have put forth some possibilities including I could be right … I could also be wrong, but I think it is not unreasonable on such a board to put forth the question … what does Plaxton do for his director fees? …. Is he taking advantage of the situation the same way as Chester?

Goldie from the other board also keeps his ear to the ground and independently came to a similar conclusion … Are you just shooting me from the hip or do you know what Plaxton actually does?
