If you call up CSGLF you get a quote on the OTC {pink sheets in USD}

This still shows up as a Venture exchange @ the end of the quote V though {TSX search}

Perhaps a short {in USD} done thru the states is legal on CSG

Hopefully this helps others who may know know about this
