I am very pleased with the results to date and the Board looks forward to making a final decision early next month. It all comes down to maximising Shareholder value relative to all alternatives in consideration of consummating a win-win strategic transaction, so if we do not receive a final offer that is consistent with our valuation of the company's assets, then we plan to aggressively pursue an alternate aggressive organic growth strategy.

If I read this correctly ... we will have a deal and MP's expenses are justified ... or we don't have a deal and they were not justified. I guess time will tell ... my suspicion is we have no deal and we pull back due to the poor judgment of our chair.

Money would be better placed in the hands of experienced miners who are held accountable by a board, not by a chair whose career has been managing an investment company.
