I am in complete agreement with your views. I also think we need to wait a few weeks for the results of all this spending to see if it was fruitful or not. Being critical at this time is not fair to management and the BOD. We must not meddle with the leadership of CSG until they have proven themselves, one way or another (after all, we are paying them to run the Company). If there is a takeover, it better be at $1.50 or better or there will be a lot of pissed-off INVESTORS.
No matter what though, the M&A spending should stop NOW. This spending is eroding earnings, which holds down the selling price of CSG stock and we all want to see this maximized.
I have stated before that CSG stock should be OVER $3 by the end of 2010 if the Company sticks to its plan and increases production as planned. This is still one of the best investments available today under $1 per share, IMO.
