First Welcome to the board since you have been a member since June 25,2009. Being an accountant as you so gracefully stated I think Numbers are your specialty. I have no problem with getting the bottom line up, but they have in late been working on trying to maybe not in your interest go in a nother direction, which was stated in the M & A, so I will give them the benefit of their direction untill the matter is resolved, which is not to far in the future, being July 10th. I do respect your opinion & as you have also stated you & others including myself have been investors for many years. I also look forward to your future post. sbjc
