I actually see this as a very positive thing

I really don't like partnerships in Jr mining companies but it has provided us with capital to develope Castillo which is our future. I also like all of our attention in Mexico as Castillo with the new discoveries has increased its mine life by 50%

This was taotally known & priced into our SP already
