Give a guy a heads up eh Acountant! LOL. I haven't seen L2 in a while but there has been a lot of volume on the ask at 11 cents. You might want to nibble away up to 11.5 cents and let the traders settle it down to 10 - 10.5. They seem to have 10 cents on their mind and a lot of the TA says so too.

Whatever snaps us out of this range will need some volume behind it.
