I am of the understanding that junior companies raise money through PP's for specific prperties. CME has nickel properties in Lab. that they have drilled and nearby properties that the y have staked, Black Duck if I recall from the web site. Apparantly Vale-Inco have staked near this property as well. That may be their next target. I see tjhe price is 50 cents today. The PP shares may have some tax advantages attached which would make them viable even at this market price. The company has been around for a long time and this may be a great buying opportunity.
