Channel Resources Ltd. (the "Company") is a mineral exploration company with a proactive strategy for value in metals with growing significance in today's global economy.

The Company has entered the high-growth lithium market with the Fox Creek Lithium Brine Project in Alberta. A NI43-101 Technical Report is expected in April of 2009 for this oilfield-related lithium-bearing brine deposit. Channel is assessing the deposit's size, quality and processing alternatives.

Lithium demand and prices have increased dramatically as more industrial applications for it have developed, principally in the manufacture of batteries for automotive and electronics applications.

Channel is also earning a 90% interest in the prospective Tanlouka gold project in Burkina Faso, West Africa, which has been advanced to the drill-ready stage.
