I agree on Madsen---great resource. But, Buchan has been selling; I believe over one million shares last month. Does the Buchan selling affect your current view of CRJ? Also, their Chairman is retiring as of Dec. 31---though I'm not sure how active he was in the company and at mid-seventies definitely deserves more personal time if that is what he wants. Wonder if there will be further management re-shuffle. Any thoughts?

Would like to see a little appreciation in CRJ SP which is less than 40% of NAV.
