but thats so long from now. out on limb here as this is unresearched, but Cliffs wont be a take over target for chromite motivation alone. does cliffs have something else that another major must absolutely need for their long term plans? if so who, why, and what product? would china want cliffs enough to plunk the money down? more importantly a takeover for retailers would yield what sort of profit? we Rof penny types are used to multiples. doubt that could happen with Cliffs. am I wrong?
