Cliffs is making people money

so much push upward.

over 4.% increase today. We are very profitable for straightforward investors.

I need to be educated here: What's pushing this stock up, quarterly reports, metals, anticpation of $60?, $70, $120. What SP does an institution value Cliffs at and what method? Or when they look at CLF, what is the first thing that jumps out at them, to promt the buy? Is our P.E. favorable?
