They raised money for some reason.

Maybe to take over the rest of QUC

Maybe for EAG, package and sell a gold play

Maybe for infrastruture to develop the ROF

Maybe for NOT

People seem pretty sure it is SPQ and KWG but I think they have these under control already and they would not need 400 million to seal the deal
