AS far as the ring goes this small pullback I think had to happen. We are waiting now for clear set of guidelines to oporate in the area from the gov and fn , we have apointed a new VP to help this along and have a new VP for logistics (important post seing as we have to build a railroad and set up shipping lines for north america and the world). This is when the non sexy stuff happens and shortly we will see what they are doing by the release of news of accomplishments.
