Sounds like you actually write some of the Cliffs news releases. I have 3000 shares of Cliffs and hope they continue to show strength and grow both in size and share price.

I also hold a lot more in SPQ/KWG and want to see a fair and reasonable price paid for their holdings. Why sell out to a US large company to develop and profit from this discovery without having Cliffs at least provide a fair return to those shareholders who have supported those compainies for years (over 6 years i my case).

Yes it is business. Yes it is personal.

This would be similar to somoe stepping in today and offering $0.75 for all GNH shares. That would be almost a 12% premium over todays $0.67 SP.

Not a fair offer when you know (to the best of your guessing) that what is in the ground will mean a lot more then this offer would give you.

I do hope Cliffs can get the properties but at least throw a few more crumbs at us...
