NEW YORK, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Cliffs Natural Resources
on Wednesday sold $1.0 billion of debt in a two part
sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The offering included $500 million of 10-year notes priced
to yield 210 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and
$500 million of 30-year bonds priced to yield 250 basis points
over U.S. Treasuries.
The joint book managers on the sale were Bank of America
Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.
