I guess you never know what is going on behind the scenes. For all we know Cliffs itself is a take-over candidate for a larger company and this is part of an unfolding plan of action being discussed in the back rooms.

Or they just saw a great opportunity - ha

I hope they do not get over their head in debt but from what we have seen in the last two year, they seem to know very well what they are doing and how to get it done.
