I would like to add that Claude Cormier is really good at spotting plays which not only have potential, but also have a reasonable share structure that gives leverage to that potential. And that he tends to stick with his picks for longer than a year unless something really drastic changes the overview.

If Clifton already had 100 mm shares, it would be nowhere near as interesting to people like Casey and Cormier because of the the existing dilution. Here we have a $3.00 stock, maybe a $5.00 stock in the making, and a very low share count of 18.9 mm shares out, maybe 25 mm fully diluted. So even if you say 25 million times three bucks, you are only at fully diluted market cap of $75 million.

Claude's piece also really helped me with some real world comparisons to what gold in the ground goes for in different locations around the world. The bottom line there is that this deposit could not be in a better place to make it easy to sell at a premium. So intsead of $100 an ounce, it might fetch $200. Run some numbers of your own for various hypothetical ounces of reserves, times $100 and times $200 per oz. Then compare that with the market cap!

All this makes it relatively easy to convince the next round of PP investors, which may be the only round this company needs, to write the big checks. I would not be surprised to see a $20 million PP this fall at $4.50-$5.00. And I am trying to be conservative in saying that, not getting carried away. It could be higher.
