COLOSSUS CONVENES MEETING OF CREDITORS
Colossus Minerals Inc., in connection with its previously announced restructuring proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada), filed a proposal to its creditors on Feb. 7, 2014. A meeting of creditors to consider the proposal has been convened for Feb. 25, 2014, at 2 p.m. (Toronto time) at the offices of the company's legal counsel, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, 333 Bay St., suite 2400, Toronto, Ont.
A copy of the proposal (together with a notice of the meeting of creditors to consider the proposal), the report of Duff & Phelps Canada Restructuring Inc. on the proposal and certain related materials were mailed to known creditors of the company by the proposal trustee on Feb. 7, 2014. These documents are available on the website of the proposal trustee.
