Fundamentals

By the response to my last post on SH, I take it that the wrecking crew is on that site ( the SH one) ready to bash anything positive that is said about anything that Columbus does or what Cordex finds. Seems the sharks can smell small prey with big potential. Circle 'round boys, you may make some short term gains from manipulation of this stock but IMO the fundamentals in the ground ultimately carries the day. I am here to watch the show, at least to the intermission, and wait for the drill-bit to talk. And it is why I like Agoracom, because it is a place for serious conversation, without the white-noise of BS.

If the SP is driven down I will accumulate more shares until it is clear what the deposit holds, which will take some time given that there are 42 miles of untested veins to explore.

Drilling in the 80's focused mainly on the main N-S trace, but the old-timers mined the E-W veins, wider widths, better grades. That is where Cordex is drilling. Past experience in general and in the district indicates a that the veins have ~1000 ft vertical productive zone. Veins mined in the past had good continuous grades with robust ore-shoots. Unlike other deposits with frequent small width, high grade intercepts, like drilling in a chocolate chip cookie dough,. . Mogollon has demonstrated continous mineralization for wide widths, with over 1000 ft vertical productive zone. The ground is such that bulk underground mining methods may be employed (block-caving).

The veins being explored crop out at the surface as barren calcilte veins. Since it is accepted that these type of epithermal veins vary in mineralogy (calcite shallow, quartz deeper) with a productive mineral zone ~1000-1500 ft long once the quartz zone is reached, the prospects are very good here to hit wide veins the old-timers could not access without modern exploration methods. At the surface the outcrops are the wrong vein material (calcite) and barren... can you say unexplored?

Wide veins, robust ore-shoots, ~1000 ft productive zone, 42 miles of veins mapped but not drilled. What's not to like?
