There is a huge short position on CLL, the Alberta Royalties Report was a godsend for the shorts. ( perhaps this report, that few people heard about was the reason short positions in CLL increased just prior to steam notification) CLL will take a hit whatever the Alberta gov decides to do as shorts will be covering.

Let's be realistic,, the Oil comanies have known about this for a long time and have already factored in what they consider a reasonable increase into their costs. What you;re seeing now is posturing in order for a reasonable increase ( IE acceptable to big oil) to be established.

SINCE all players will be hit the same,, the Companies least affected will bounce back sooner. My guess is that any loss of CLL sp will be gained back after production starts.
