If you read Agoracom rules etc. you'll find that mail room, treasurer, vice President and President are awarded on the basis of points.  It's a quite clever system for maintaining control of the boards as each level has various rights associated with it.  In greengas and XIII case it appears that they were awarded a large number of points by Agoracom so that this board would have at least a couple of leaders at the highest level that can edit posts, remove posts etc.

All of us can theoritically obtain the President level.  Let's wish both greengas and XIII well as the President's level has quite a lot of responsibility associated with it!
