67 trucks is quite a lot .

I read also something about a railroad.Is there no railroad near that highway close to GD?
I have no idea of weather conditions in Canada.But sometimes we see on the news here you have big snow storms with lots amounts of snow.We don't have that here in Belgium on that same amount.
So can these trucks ride in such conditions ?

What if not?Do they use that tank park then as spare capacity ?
