XIII,

Great post as always. Still tend to below you are a bit to optimistic and aggressive in your timeframe. CLL needs to prove it can reach full pod 1 poduction, get thier product to market (trucking is only short term solution) pipeline is just a matter of time, hopefully they can partner with thier neighbor or sell them excess capacity. 2crude how much capacity would thier pipeline have? XIII how much $ would it cost? Does XIII have the cash flow and or credit to swing the deal?
