 Just a thought.....

If you design/ build for 10 K Bbl/ Day & have this as your "Top End" capability -and Target, you may, like others previously, have difficulty in getting there.

Having extra 30% capacity built in would sure stop the Nay Sayers in their tracks because its then not necessary to be running Flat-Out to achieve 10K/ Day !
