Thanks Spidy, aboutoil and everyone for the great conversation.

I believe I get the general gist, CLL has 26% of PDP shares ... about 13M. Earnings have to be recorded somewhere as non-cash for GAAP tax purposes. Unfortunately change in value (earnings) doesn't seem to have had much impact on SP in the past, but we expect that's going to change.

PDP share of total assets is about 3.5%, contributing about 7% to CLL's NAVPS. Think I'm somewhere in the ballpark, doesn't need to be perfect … have to start somewhere.
