Why do you think the CEO should care about enhancing shareholder value at this point?

Financing for POD2 and future expansion(pipelines) is secured. His technical and engineering team is making good progress with POD1. Company is doing good . Production is increasing and revenue is growing. All board of director are very wealthy individual and they have nothing to worry even the CLL price share stays at $3 forever.
