I think I understand what you are saying and I do respect your opinion. I suppose I should have said that Agoracom would create the topics for the sub-sections, and Agoracom would limit the number of sub-sections to a small number, such as 3 or 4 or 5, instead of allowing the members complete control.

I don't think it can be done now, I was just thinking it might be tried sometime in the future; the costs and time for a change must be considered.
