Hi Jurek

Thanks for the reply, my intention isn't for CLL to redeem the debenture, instead by them on the exchange, hold them as an asset, sell them when they need the money for POD 2, even though they would technically owe the money to themselves. Its an idea that I don't know would be allowed though.
