Its seems some of the production risk has been removed and the potential returns have been increased. The bank rate being cut should make the debentures more attractive. The SP goes back to pre-production NR levels. I know stock markets can be irrational but it sure looks like either shorters have lots of cash or longs have given up. Or some longs have negative inside info that is not being shared. Either way with about $9 million in extra cash flow per month happening CLL should be doing better in the SP
