I think with $9-$10 million gross proceeds and about a 50% netback, basing that on 3rd quarter financials, a roughly $2million interest payment leaves a fairly healthly profit. Add in Randall NG and you could see about a 4-5 cent per share per month profit starting in April. The interest will go up when the money on hand for POD 2 starts to be put to use in building POD 2, but revenues should be up by then with increased ramp up of POD 1.  36 cent per share for the last 3 quarters of '08, on this section of CLL by itself. Money managers who want to keep their jobs will be looking at earnings like this.
