Maybe Gusella felt there was already enough content without repeating their previously announced estimate of Pod 2 go-ahead by Q3 2008.

I think we often create our own impediments by not paying attention to what has been announced.
Gusella doesn't seem the sort to coddle folks who aren't paying attention.
