Connacher is not an OTC stock. It is listed on the Toronto exchange and can be bought and sold in real time through Fidelity the same as if it were listed in New York.

Listing on a New York exchange might give Connacher more visibility and perhaps improve the ease at which it can be bought by those who do not use Fidelity (I don't Know what options you might have with other investment houses) but for me it's no different than any other stock I might want to buy.
