I believe it has been discussed before, but the 10K b/d is the permited allowence.IMO.

It is the amount of production that they applied for.

I like CLL`s approach to production, 10K b/d pods one after the other.

These 10K b/d permits can be granted more easily.

Hopefully this approach and the SAGD extraction method which is looked upon as a "greener" method than some of the other ways oil is extracted from the oilsands will keep CLL flying under the radar of the tree huggers.

As production builds, so does the share price. IMO.
